GRAB LIFE BY THE BALLS is a collaboration of the many certification programs, personal development courses, self-help books and podcasts that have been so monumentally life changing for me. I developed this program to introduce these principles in a format that is easy to digest and will hold your attention.
The program is divided into 12 chapters; roughly 3 per week for a 4 week duration. The content is meant to be consumed over 4 weeks, but you are more than welcome to take longer if you need! Each chapter will have a different focus and include some work in the form of observation and journaling. There will be a written component (PDF) as well as short coaching videos from me to guide you through the chapter exercises.
My intention here is to create a community of support within your current social network (coworkers, roommates, friends, family, significant others) who can hold you accountable during the process and also CONTINUE to encourage you to take action toward your goals after the program is over. It is my belief that social support is crucial to achieving any sustainable lifestyle or career change.

A Little More About Me...
In 2014, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from UCSD with a Communication major, Psychology minor. Two years after college, I completed a 12-month program for clinical hypnotherapy to deepen my knowledge of how the subconscious mind impacts human behavior. This program is what ignited my obsession with personal growth and self-discovery!
During this time, I also got my health coaching certification, as well as my 200-hour yoga teacher training certification. My experience working as a health coach and teaching yoga made me realize my TRUE passion is the mindset aspect of coaching.
